Super Sunday Workshops added after close of Festival
June 22, 2008 1-5 p.m. in the Student Union at Reed College.

The uke fest has evolved over the years from a one-day event to a multi-day music camp. One thing that has been missing since we started the camp event is, well, the one-day event. Local Portland ukulele players who can't take advantage of the multi-day event have requested a way to access some of the great teachers who come to town.

In response the Portland Ukulele Association is happy to sponsor a trio of workshops after the Uke Fest, by three of the best-known ukulele artists in the country: James Hill, John King, and Jim Beloff. This special event, three workshops in a row, is offered for only $45 in advance. $55 at the door.

(This event is not associated with the festival and does require a separate admission for festival attendees. Check the information table for ticket availability when you arrive.)
